The CBC show Schitt’s Creek gained a global audience when it arrived on the Netflix streaming service. Now, after a deal amidst Netflix and CBC fell out, it was revealed that some CBC TV shows from Netflix will be removed. Interestingly, Workin Moms season 4 was part of that original list but apparently, it is coming on the streaming service. However, Schitt’s Creek season 6 is not coming on Netflix.

How do we know this? Well, there’s evidence.

Proof Schitt’s Creek Season 6 Not Coming to Netflix

In all of their announcements, they have stated that Schitt’s Creek season 6 is coming on Pop TV and CBC on January 7th, 2020.

As you can see there is no mention of Netflix anywhere. Netflix itself has not shared any details on the matter as well.

The five seasons of Schitt’s Creek are currently still available on Netflix and it’s not sure when they will leave. An interesting thing to note here is that CBC show Workin Moms upcoming season 4 is actually coming to Netflix.

So, this is a bit confusing, to say the least!

While, I am sad about it probably coming to Netflix and the sixth season being the last one, I’m happy to see that Schitt’s Creek has been nominated in the Critics Choice Awards in the comedy categories. Not only that, but Golden Globes is recognizing the show for its comedic genius as well.

The show stars Eugene Levy as Johnny Rose, Dan Levy as David Rose, Annie Murphy as Alexis Rose, Catherine O’Hara as Moira Rose. There is also Emily Hampshire as Stevie Budd, Sarah Levy as Twyla Sands, and Noah Reid as David’s partner Patrick.
