About the movie
Written, produced, and directed by Rian Johnson, Knives Out is a mystery story that follows the death of a crime novelist after his 85th birthday and the following investigation. The writers’ demise is actually not that simple, and the plot proceeds to unveil the truths behind it. The movie is being compared to the Agatha Christie mystery novels and in fact, is said to be better substance-wise.
One reason to watch the movie is the cast ensemble which includes Chris Evans, Daniel Craig, Toni Collete, Jamie Lee Curtis, Michael Shannon Don Johnson, and Ana De Armas.
According to ‘The Guardian‘ it is a “deliciously entertaining whodunnit” film. And the story has a ‘twist’ in the ending which is another raging discussion.
We think we need to catch Knives Out while it’s playing on cinemas near us. And so should you.
