America gaining independance from correct spelling
Twitter is blowing up with 4th of July tweets and independence tweets this day, some even reminding us of lost American core values! Whatever their political beliefs, many have been quite eager to wish everyone a Happy 4th of July. It’s been 242 years since the country was born and patriotic Americans are proud of that fact. But perhaps they are too excited, because many have gotten an incorrect spelling independance to get trending!
We ourselves just noticed it when a few keen eyes noticed this grammatical error and tweeted about it. Many even added some of their viewpoints on it which are hilarious.
Fun fact: Trumpsters have no clue the hashtag is misspelled. #IndependanceDay

Unless you’re celebrating the Fourth with 'DANCE', ????
I’ma need y’all to STOP hashtagging #IndependanceDay.
Just because it’s trending doesn’t mean you shouldn’t check the spelling! ?#LetsDoBetter. I love us f’real.#MakeAmericaTHINKagain *shade* ✌?

Say it with me now. Independence, pronounced "dense" like most of you are with spelling. Happy #IndependanceDay everyone.

What great country, with even greater spelling #IndependanceDay

Alas, the enemy has tried to distract us all by getting misspelled tweets about #IndependanceDay trending.

The second civil war letters strike once again! People are very clever when it comes to trending hashtags it seems. A review page that collects news and trailers from popular websites collected for us this misspelled hashtag with another one!
And by the way, the trending hashtag #IndependanceDay is spelled incorrectly. That’s the French spelling.

Pretty ironic, isn’t it?
#IndependanceDay Today we declare our independence from pour spelling.

It’s actually more on the lines along gaining #independance from correct spelling.
I know of "Independence Day", but what the heck is #IndependanceDay? The spelling error disturbs me…
