The hit TV-show is coming to an end. The ride to the farewell season has been a jarring one. The backstage drama turned into the infamous Will and Grace feud. It came at the cost of a slash in viewership. The feud, however, is not what the show is famous for. Over the years, many celebrity guest appearances have been a regular part of the show, Demi Lovato being the most recent one. Here are some prominent celebs that popped in and out of the NBC Will and Grace‘s episodes, just in case you’ve forgotten.

Madonna on the sets of Will and Grace

In 2003, Madonna appeared as Karen’s (Megan Mullally) room-mate in Will and Grace. In an interview with Graham Norton, Debra Messing (Grace) told that Madonna sent her a bouquet afterward.

She has given us hits singles like La Isla Bonita, Like a Prayer and Frozen. Madonna is probably one of the biggest pop stars of our time.

The star from, The Jerk, appeared as Karen’s younger sister, Gin. in season eight of Will and Grace.

The celebrity guest star has also worked in hits like Pennies from Heaven & Anastasia.

Patrick Dempsey as Will’s love interests

Way before he starred in the hit sit-com, Grey’s Anatomy (that earned him the title of McDreamy), Patrick Dempsey appeared on Will and Grace.

He played Will’s boyfriend in the 3rd season.

Ellen DeGeneres: The Nun on Will and Grace

In one of the episodes of Will and Grace season 3 called, ‘My Uncle The Car’, Ellen played a Nun. She bought Grace’s uncle’s car and also had a dream of starting her cheese-cake venture.

She is the host of the hit show The Ellen DeGeneres Show and was the first openly gay female host to get her talk show.

The most recent celebrity guest star on Will and Grace’s final season is Demi Lovato. The singer turned actress will play Jenny, who comes into the life of Will (Eric McCormack) unexpectedly. Another famous Will and Grace celebrity guest is Chelsea Handler, who played the lesbian Donna Zimmer on the show.
