NBC Announced The Arrival Of Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 7

Well, the official Brooklyn Nine-Nine twitter account announced the upcoming season via sharing a ‘Nine Harder’ detective. The act is a simple honor to the poster for Die Hard 2.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine | From Fox To NBC

It is none other than NBC which saved the canceled show for season 6 telecast. The previous streaming service, Fox, has canceled the show for the drained reviews. An outrage emerged when NBC decided to take over the series. Yet, NBC remained firm on its accord. Moreover, the bold streamer renewed the show for season 7.

As a matter of fact, the network Fox canceled Brooklyn Nine-Nine last May. The channel announced the narrowing of its live-action comedies at the end of 2017-18. NBC, next, picked up the series and within a  36 hours span, its associate, Universal studios, began production. Secondly, the network also renewed the show’s order from 13 to 18 episodes. In addition, the rating of the show Brooklyn Nine-Nine suddenly improves on the new platform NBC with 3.9 million viewers.

Hence, Lisa Katz and Tracey Pakosta, co-presidents of scripted programming at NBC Entertainment, stated:

“It’s been one of our great joys as a network to give Brooklyn Nine-Nine a second life, Cheers to [executive producers] Dan Goor, Mike Schur, Luke Del Tredici and David Miner, and our amazing cast and crew who each week turn New York’s finest into New York’s funniest.”

The Cop-Cast Enjoyed The Renewal

The NewYork based show’s cast got the news of the renewal on Wednesday. It was a table read for an upcoming episode.

Not only the authorities, in fact, iconic cast from the show like Melissa Fumero (Amy Santiago) also teased her return on her Instagram. Fans can spot Terry Crews, Andy Samberg, and Stephanie Beatriz in this snap. The three fellows in their iconic jackets are heading towards a door in Brooklyn Nine-nine season 7.

Producer Dan Goor recently spoke about the upcoming episodes. Talking at San Diego Comic-Con (via Digital Spy):

‘What we can tease is that we’re gonna pick up where we left off with Captain Holt. We’re hoping to have a Pimento episode, we’re hoping to have a Pontiac Bandit episode obviously [and] hoping to have Marc Evan Jackson.’

Unfortunately, there is one adorable character missing from the show as Stewart the corgi, (Cheddar), recently passed at the age of 13.

The world-popular police team is joining The Vulture, CJ, and Madeline Wuntch to expose Commissioner Kelly’s Dark Knight machine. Secondly, the last season wrapped up with Lieutenant Terry Jeffords’s case. Then, the acting Commissioner Wuntch assigned Captain Holt back on duty. Hopefully, Brooklyn 99 season 7  will manage to outshine the streaming platform.
