Netflix Releases Official Trailer Of The Witcher
Netflix released the official trailer of The Witcher a few minutes ago. As the plot states, the show follows the story of a monster hunter who is struggling to find his place in a world where beasts are more innocent than the people. However, when his destiny takes a powerful turn, he meets a sorceress and a young princess hiding a dangerous secret. The three of them, in fact, face the world together in hopes of survival.
Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia is the monster hunter and the Witcher. As the official trailer states:
I’ve heard tales of your kind witcher. You are a mutant. Created by magic. Roaming the continent. Hunting monsters, for a price.
Geralt of Rivia is expected to have fangs or horns or something, however; he states in the trailer that he had them filed down. In fact, people do not want The Witcher’s kind in their territory. They consider him a monster, just like the others. The only reason why Henry Cavill’s character does not kill these people is that he will prove them right by becoming a monster.

The life of Princess Ciri (Freya Allan) is his destiny and he has to protect her at any cost. However, The Witcher does not trust himself. He is warned that if he dismisses it, hell will break loose. However, Geralt of Rivia is ready to take that chance. In fact, Henry Cavill is shown with fangs and dark eyes towards the end of the trailer. Will he really let his dark side rule him? We have the Witcher release date and we’ll find the answer soon enough.
Evil is Evil. Lesser, greater, middling…Makes no difference.
