Meghan Markle, the wife of Prince Harry, has a makeup artist who recently shared his step-by-step guide to achieving a glowed up skin. Meghan Markle’s Artist Has a Glow Up Guide

Daniel Martin, the make up artist, says that instead of using shimmery powders, he prefers to use creme highlighters and applied products with hands to invigorate the skin.

Here is what he said according to the Daily Mail:

“As we age our skin looses texture. Im gonna show you how to achieve a beautiful glow for more mature skin. With more mature skin you really want to focus on bringing that natural radiance out…I like to achieve the radiance by using creme products, so Im not going to use any shimerry powders or any luminisers.”

He believes in natural glow and radiance and says that shimmery powders cannot give you that. Daniel Martin, the makeup artist of Meghan Markle, begins by prepping up his model for the video. He then proceeds to apply a medium coverage foundation. He talked about using either sponge, brush or just hands to apply the product. However, he emphasized on using hands and fingers for blending the foundation so that the skin becomes less dull.

Daniel Martin’s Step-by-Step Guide

The following method is what Daniel Martin explained:

  1. Start with a little amount of foundation.
  2. Apply at the center and then slowly spread using a brush or hand.
  3. Use your hand to blend the foundation.
  4. Apply concealer to discoloration and age spots.
  5. Apply creme highlight to cheekbones
  6. Apply the powder on the face at the center
  7. Apply creme based blush with a brush for color on cheeks
  8. Apply the same color on eyelids.

The makeup artist of Meghan Markle also talked about doing makeup in the morning even if you have five minutes. He said to concentrate on an evening out your skin tone and use mascara just to brighten up your eyes and wear your favorite lipstick.

Hearing all of this from the man himself, we now know why the Duchess of Sussex was looking so natural on her wedding ceremony with Prince Harry. It was Daniel Martin who did Meghan Markle’s makeup even then.
