Have you noticed some cryptic posters popping up in different parts of the world recently? What about the cryptic posts on Coldplay’s Instagram? Have you formed the link yet? It’s okay if you haven’t. Coldplay’s new album just got announced recently and now we await to seeing Chris Martin, Guy Berryman, Will Champion, and Jonny Buckland perform again.
Coldplay’s New Album Will Be A Double
The new album will be Coldplay’s eighth album, which comes almost four years after the previous one, A Head Full of Dreams. The new album is a two-part release, with the first part releasing on November 22, 2019. I, in particular, should be excited about this since my birthday is just one day before the first part would be released (Yup, crazy fan right here).
The band who released masterpieces like Fix You, Paradise and The Scientist also started making their video thumbnails black-and-white. Perhaps this was in an attempt to pave a path for the album announcement. However, there have been no further announcements from Phil Harvey or anyone else linked with Coldplay’s new album.
Postcards were sent to the fans, where Chris Martin, Guy Berryman, and the rest confirmed that new music is on the way.
“For the last 100 years or thereabouts, we have been working on a thing called Everybody Life,”
