We think we’ve stressed it enough just how much we’re skeptical of book adaptations and that is all Netflix is doing now. However, we do have some grain of trust for Netflix’s adaptations. After all, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before turned out to be good. So, maybe all teen rom-coms Netflix makes or adapts might turn out good. Hopefully, they would because one more teen romance is coming to Netflix this Christmas. The book Let it snow, authored by John Green, Maureen Johnson, and Lauren Myracle has now been adapted for a movie. And it’s first official trailer is here.

Let it Snow Trailer: Three Romantic Stories in One

The Christmas season brings a lot of romantic movies to the table. What with all the Hallmark movies, but Netflix has upped its game. With Let it, Snow, we’ll be getting 3 romantic stories in one. Though that’s not something to praise Netflix for because that’s just how the book is written having been authored by three authors.

Let it Snow will follow three different romance stories set during the holiday season that intertwined with one another. That’s the basic plot of the movie here, which takes place in a small Midwestern town on Christmas Eve and revolves around a group of high school seniors.

StarStudded Teen Cast

Though the actors playing the teens are not teenagers any longer, but at least they’re close to that age bracket. Starring in Let it, Snow, there is Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’s Kiernan Shipka who is likely in a love triangle with Descendants star Mitchell Hope and an actor we didn’t the name of (it’s Matthew Noszka, Thanks IMDb).

Also starring in Let in Snow is Spiderman’s John Cusak and he is once again playing the sidekick best friend. No romantic storyline for him once again. Other cast includes Isabela Merced and Shameik Moore walking through the gorgeous snow, and even an LGBTQ love story featuring Santa Clarita Diet actor Liv Hewson and YouTuber Anna Akana.

Let it Snow drops on November 8th. So mark your calendars and don’t miss this Christmas romantic treat.
