BTS’s J-Hope and Becky G Release the “Chicken Noodle Soup” Song
Collaborative projects always hit a different way. You get to have two of your favorite artists in one song and honestly, that’s heaven. And if you want to experience this heaven, check out J-Hope and Becky G song Chicken Noodle Soup.
Jhope and Becky G Bust Chicken Moves in Chicken Noodle Soup
On September 27th, 6 pm Korean Standard time, the label for BTS, of whom J-Hope is a member, dropped the music video for the song. And trust us it’s everything you didn’t know you needed. The collaboration itself was so random. One minute Becky G is in directing BTS twitter account and the next they’re announcing they’re releasing a song together. But you’d think they’d give you time to get over your excitement, but no, they release the song just the next day! However, we’re not complaining because Chicken Noodle Soup is an anthem. Also, the dance moves are *chef’s kiss*.
The song is multilingual consisting of English, Korean, and Spanish lyrics. J-Hope raps about his personal story with dance and his dreams, while Becky G raps about loving her roots and always remembering where she came from.
The Diversity
Had you ever thought that you’d get a Korean, Spanish, and English song all in once? We bet you didn’t but now we’ve got one and it’s awesome. Chicken Noodle Soup, though from the name doesn’t sound like a meaningful song, but really it’s full of diversity. Apart from multilingual, the song features over 50 dancers from all different nationalities. Furthermore, the fans are appreciating the fact that they’ve credited each and every dancer in the music video.
Below are some of the tweets.
Y’all. They credited every single dancer in the video, all from different races, backgrounds, and cultures, at the end. They rapped in English, korean, and Spanish. This was a celebration of differences and I FUCKING STAN

Within minutes of the release of the song, both J-Hope and Becky G were trending worldwide on twitter. Other than that, there’s full-fledged Chicken Noodle Soup challenge taking place on tiktok. BTS joined tiktok only about two days ago with two videos announcing they’re new tiktok channel. Well, it won’t be wrong to say that BTS has taken over social media.
