Melissa Fumero, the dame-cop from the series, teases the probability of Lin-Manuel reprising the role of David Santiago again in the seventh season. While the set photos do hint towards Miranda’s appearance on B99’s upcoming season, there is no official confirmation about the same yet. But recently, The Brooklyn Nine-Nine Twitter handle has been retweeting a lot of Miranda’s tweets, which strongly suggests that fans will get to see more of David on the cop comedy’s upcoming season.
