Chance The Rapper and his wife Kirsten Corley welcomed their second daughter Marli on September 7, 2019. The pair started dating in 2013 and had their first daughter Kensli in 2015. Now, after 4 years, they are married and have another bundle of joy to strengthen their relationship and celebrate their love. Due to some issues in the past, Chance and Kirsten parted ways and stopped living together due to which he could not be there to support Kirsten in raising Kensli. However, they are happily married and Chance just canceled his tour to be with his family during such precious time.

Chance The Rapper Welcomes 2nd Babygirl And Cancels Tour

Chance The Rapper just shared a picture of himself with his daughters Kensli and newborn Marli. He also announced that he is canceling his tour and he will be spending this time with his wife Kirsten and his daughters. In fact, he will be helping Kirsten raise their newborn babygirl as he repents not doing it the first time when Kensli was born.

I thought it over for the past week and I’ve decided to push back my tour. This year has been one of the greatest of my life; Marriage, new baby, first album etc. But with it being so eventful it has also been very strenuous having to divide my time and energy between family and work. When Kensli was born, I went on tour 2 weeks later and missed some of the most important milestones in her life, but more importantly I was absent when her mother needed me the most.

The Big Day Tour & Fests

As confirmed by Chance, his The Big Day tour will start from January 15, 2020. His album is dedicated to his wedding day and his love Kirsten Corley.

The whole album has been inspired by the day I got married and how I was dancing that day.

His family-centric album dropped in July 2019 and the tour was planned to promote the album. However, he is canceling the tour until January  15, 2020. Chance has also confirmed that they will be refunding tickets for canceled shows. But he is still performing in four shows this year. Life is Beautiful Fest on September 20, 2019, iHeartRadio Music Fest on September 21, 2019. Both of these festivals are in Las Vegas. After these shows, Chance will be performing at the United Center in Chicago on September 28, 2019. And at Miami Beach Pop Festival on November 10, 2019.
