It feels like it’s been ages since we last saw Bryan Cranston on a TV show but wait no more. Because the Breaking Bad actor is coming back to claim his throne. Bryan Cranston has been cast as the lead in an upcoming legal thriller called Your Honor. The show revolves around a Judge (Cranston) who is morally challenged when his own son is charged with a hit and run case. It also stars big names such as Michael Stuhlbarg and Sofia Black-D’Elia.

The Plot for Bryan Cranston New Show Your Honor

Your Honor revolves around a judge who is about to turn in his guilty son after he is involved in a hit-and-run incident. However, he soon realizes that the accident’s victim is a member of a crime family that metes out its own brand of justice. The show is a remake of an Iranian show called Kvodo.

Who’s in the Cast

Along with Cranston, the show has a pretty star-studded cast. Michael Stuhlbarg from Call Me By Your Name and Sofia Black-D’Elia from Gossip Girl are in the show as well. Cranston’s son will be played by Hunter Doohan.

Creators of Your Honor and Where to Watch it

BAFTA-winning, British TV writer/playwright Peter Moffat will serve as showrunner and has written multiple episodes of the American adaptation. Bryan Cranston, Liz Glotzer (The Good Fight), Alon Aranya, Rob Golenberg (Hostages, ) and James Degus will also serve as executive producers. CBS Television Studios is the network producing the show.

The show is going to be a limited series with only 10 episodes. As it’s still in its pre-production phase, no trailer or release date has been announced yet. The show starts airing on Showtime when it’s released. If there’s anything else about the show, trust us we’ll let you know.
