Trinkets fans we have got some good news for you. The Netflix original has officially been renewed for season 2. Yayyy!! However, we hate to be the bearer of bad news but Trinkets season 2 will also be the final season. But don’t despair. At least we got ourselves a second season because from the way season 1 ended we weren’t so sure about renewal news.

Everything You Need To Know About Trinkets Season 2

For all those who don’t know what Trinkets is, it is a teen drama Netflix original series. Trinkets follows the story of three school mates who also happen to be kleptomaniacs. They strike an unlikely friendship and well the rest is history. The show stars Deadpool star Brianna Hildebrand in lead along with Kiana Madeira and Quintessa Swindell.

Except for the confirmation of season 2 being the last season of the show, we don’t really have any new details about Trinkets season 2. All we know is that the second season will premiere in 2020 and we’re putting our bets on May or June 2020. But then again that’s only a hunch. The same cast is supposed to return for the second season. There has been no addition to the cast as of yet, so we’re assuming that the cast of the show would remain the same as in the first season.

Fans React To The Renewal News

Though Trinkets did not go on to get the same fame as other Netflix original series as Stranger Things, but it’ll be wrong to say that the show has no fans. Trinkets has garnered a cult following. The show is what one would call that niche underrated show. You know how indie movies are.

As is with fans, they took to twitter to went out the excitement for the renewal season 2 and also cry over the fact that it’ll be the last season.
