James Charles Pride Sisters Apparel Merch Out
It seems like beauty YouTuber James Charles has recovered well from the Tati Westbrook scandal. Not only did he make it to the CoverGirl as the first boy representative ever since it was founded, but he also has a new merch for his brand Sisters Apparel. Although the pride collection initially launched last year, James Charles decided to get in another round of the merch in honor of the Pride month. In fact, the collection is doing more good than it just sounds. It will be donating half of its profits for the prevention of suicides in the LGBTQ youth.
James Charles Relaunches Pride Sisters Apparel Merch In Collab with The Trevor Project
The YouTuber recently announced the revival of the Pride Sisters Apparel collection in honor to celebrate the pride month. Although it was set to launch in June, cutting business ties with Jeffree Star demanded a new producer. So, consequently, James Charles needed to find a new producer for his merch. While talking about it, he shared that,
It’s been in the works for quite a while, although we had to push it back a little bit, it’s definitely going to still be a really exciting launch. We were obviously trying to launch for pride month this year, especially [partnering with the Trevor Project].
The Sisters Apparel Pride collection comes in collaboration with The Trevor Project. Fifty percent profits will be donated to this organization which works for suicide prevention of youth in the LGBTQ community.
James Charles also hopes that the Pride Merch will help fans feel happy and proud of who they are. He shared his own experience of coming out, and trying to make an impact saying,
Being gay is like everything in my life and it’s truly changed everything about me for the better. I mean I came out when I was 12 years old and I’ve always been very unapologetically myself and confident in who I was, but as I grew on social media, I took on the responsibility of being a role model for people and it’s amazing to … be able to help people on their journey.
The Pride collection on Sisters Apparel features everything you might need this summer- fans, hats, hoodies, swimsuits, and T-shirts. With Charles being the first CoverGirl boy model, and the new collection, he has a lot to celebrate!
