We’ll be getting lots and lots of Lisa Kudrow content and we’re ready. The Friends star, Kudrow and actor and writer Whitney Cummings both are starring in the pilot Good People. The pilot will center around three generations of women working at a college and trying to understand the current concepts of feminism.
What We Know About Good People
By the looks of Kudrow’s Instagram story, the cast has already wrapped up filming Good People. The release date of the pilot is till unknown. The only details we know of as of yet is that Lisa Kudrow is both the executive producer and actor for the pilot. Along with Kudrow, Cummings is also an executive producer and writer. Lee Daniels is also the writer for the pilot. Good People is being produced under Amazon.
Kudrow will play the character of Lynn Steele. She is described as a tired, mercurial force of nature who finds herself being seen as out of touch by millennials, even though she has been a champion of women her entire career.
Kudrow is Booked
Its been too long since we last saw Lisa Kudrow on screen. But wait no more because the actress is booked for two projects. Along with Good People, Kudrow is also set to voicing the title character in the upcoming Therapy Dog from Fox.
Kudrow’s character in Therapy Dogs is that of Honey. Honey is a poodle mix who takes on group therapy sessions with the animals that live in her neighborhood.
Therapy Dog will be written and produced by Clea Duvall, with writer-producers Jennifer Crittenden and Gabrielle Allan. Sharon Horgan leads the project, and will be a writer and producer on the show as well. Kudrow has had prior voice-over experience. She has worked on BoJack Horseman on Netflix.
