Trisha Paytas just surprised her fans by recreating the iconic performance of Hillary Duff from The Lizzie McGuire Movie. The song is titled What Dreams Are Made of, and it also happens to be one of the most loved performances by Hillary Duff’s fans. We have to agree, we weren’t expecting Trisha to nail it. But she did it.
This Is What Dreams Are Made Of
Trisha Paytas’ main focus was on copying Hillary Duff’s body language throughout the song. She copied the choreography perfectly. Trisha also had customized costumes on for both the characters of Lizzie and Isabella; a dual role played by Hillary Duff. Her designer Michael Philpot worked his magic on the costumes. The make-up was done by Trisha’s close friend and artist Adam Simmons. She covered and recorded the song herself.
The video already has half a million views with 50K likes, around 6K dislikes and approximately 8K comments. Considering her recent YouTube videos, we can clearly see this cover is doing pretty good. And it might even stop her followers from canceling on her. She also had her mother Lenna Paytas playing as Lizzie’s Mom.
Trisha Paytas Vs. Hillary Duff | Ok We Spotted The Differences
Now, Trisha Paytas has done a very good job in the video. However, we could not stop ourselves in spotting the tiny details which were missing in her video. For example, Trisha’s Lizzie hair was not the same shade of blonde as Hillary Duff. The Isabella wig matched though. Dresses were slightly different in shades and style but overall they looked good. The mic was not sleek like Hillary Duff’s mic. Trisha’s version of Lizzie was not wearing a necklace. Most importantly, there was no Paolo. Just imagine Shane Dawson or someone from her squad playing Paolo. And those CGI fans though. Oh Boy, still a nice recreation Trisha. Good job.
