TNT’s Claws Season 3 Premieres On June 9th, 2019
Just when people thought TNT’s Claws couldn’t get any better, the company released a sneak peek of episode 1 of upcoming season 3. The new promo for the Claws season 3 aired on May 22nd. And people can not handle it ever since.
Things Were Bound To Rise In Claws Season 3
The manicurist from Claws who once struggled to make ends meet financially now seems to have her life in charge as she owns a casino. Meanwhile, characters such as Desna seem to have their tough days right around the corner. Things were bound to go up and up in the new season with the Russian gangster boss dead in the last season and the subsequent financial crisis the girls were faced with. Meanwhile, the trailer also shows Virginia shot in the head from season 2. Following the end of last season, protesting tweets like “SHE CANNOT BE DEAD” swarmed twitter.
Nothing Can Slow Virginia Down, Not Even A Bullet
But is Virginia (Karrueche Tran) dead? Apparently not. We have our girl narrate an entire recap of Claws season 2 narrated by her with a bedazzling eye patch.
“But after everything that’s happened, did you really think a bullet could take me down?” says Virginia, as she end the trailer on the question.

One thing for sure, no one speaks louder for loyalty than Virginia, the girl who could take a bullet for Desna. With Desna and Dr. Ruval’s unsuccessful marriage from season 2, there is a lot of emotional conflict waiting to be resolved in season 3. But that’s not all, we’ll also watch the girls delve into the risky business of casino world in Claws. Things will stir up even more as they make new business deals.
The cast includes Niecy Nash, Carrie Preston, Judy Reyes, Karrueche Tran and Jenn Lyon.
