The famous Instagram celebrity chef Salt Bae and music producer DJ Khaled had seemed to have something rolling for us behind the scenes. The two had been spotted partying and posting together on social media for quite some time. In fact, Salt Bae was also spotted on the music producer’s birthday along with celebrities like Snoop Dog and Diddy.

The Two Appeared in a Music Video Together

But something was really cooking in the background while all of the bonding was taking place. The two had been on an upcoming project. Four months ago Salt Bae posted a video with DJ Khaled where the latter spilled out that the two had been working on ‘anotha’ project.

On May 18, DJ Khaled dropped his You Stay which featured Meek Mill, J Balvin, Lil Baby, Jeremih and of course, our Instagram’s all-time favorite chef Salt Bae.

The music video was a part of his album Father of Asahd. Salt Bae, whose real name is Nusret Gökçe, performs his classic move in the video-sprinkling the salt. At one point, he also cuts a slice of beet and puts it directly in DJ Khaled’s mouth.

More About The Music Video

The video is a specific kind of niche in its own – it features a life of luxury like all DJ Khaled videos vibe out to be. The video has people smoking cigars in a mansion in some of the most expensive attire around a pool. In fact, the whole album has some form of glamour associated with it. Wish Wish features Cardi B, who can be seen twirling around in flames with a bike.

DJ Khaled also later took on SNL to perform his songs from the album.
