Lilly Singh to Guest Star on Nickelodeon series ‘The Substitute’

The popular YouTube star Lilly Singh aka Superwoman is still working on her late night show with NBC. The program titled A Little Late with Lilly Singh has some time before it goes on television. But before that, the YouTuber is all set to appear as a guest star on Nickelodeon series The SubstituteThe hidden-camera prank show brings on celebrities transformed by a team of special effects artists to go under cover as substitute teachers and surprise unsuspecting students. Singh’s episode will be following similar tracks, and airs tonight.

In the episode featuring Lilly Singh, the YouTuber visits Woodrow Wilson Middle School in California pretending to be a teacher to prank Math, English, and Natural History students.  While discussing the experience. Lilly claimed that students were always excited to have a substitute teacher come in. Although they tried to take advantage of the substitute most of the time, this time was going to be different.

Donation Given To School As Well

At the end of the episode when Lilly’s true identity is revealed, and a generous donation of $25,000 is made to the school.

The Substitute premiered on April Fool’s Day and was ranked as the top show for kids aged 6 to 11. It is a wild hidden camera prank show where the team plants its secret cameras and recorders in the school campus in the cover of the night. Then, a favorite celebrity or star is completely transformed by a set of makeup experts. And sent into the campus to prank unsuspecting students. The substitute teacher might give the students a day they’ll never forget. But every single, most bizarre reaction is recorded. Not just that, it is aired on television!
