Block, Micaela Diamond and Teal Wicks – who portray the singer and actress on stage – will also be part of the broadcast for the night as an hour of music, talk and fun will ensue.

The Tonight Show has had special takeover broadcasts before as well, although they are not that common. They have featured artists such as Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus, Justin Timberlake etc. The special episode-long takeover by Ariana Grande was done almost a year ago and broke a lot of records for the show. Cher fans, who still stand by her despite some controversy, can completely expect this episode to be just as exciting as the previous broadcast.
