The festival was, in fact, held on Friday, 29 March & Saturday, 30 March 2019 at CTICC – Cape Town International Convention Centre. Perhaps, above 40 performers from miscellaneous musical categories have performed at the stage. Thus this is a melodious yet magical weekend.

The show also paid tribute to late Oliver “Tuku” Mtukudzi. The jazz artist from Africa was in fact set to perform this year but unfortunately departed in January. Mbeu, Vusi Mahlasela, Berita and Maduvha all took part in the tribute performance.
