Another one from your favorite celebrities just got political! Superstar Cardi B has slammed President Trump and his government for the shutdown. And now that this one has been the longest in the country’s history, the Bodak Yellow singer is actually concerned. She uploaded a video on Instagram bashing the President and this shutdown. But well, Cardi B surely chose some fancy colorful words. And the senators are all laughably conflicted as to whether they should share her video online or not. After all, one of the worlds most famous rappers has supported them. But well, they ultimately decided to not support her message because it does not seem very senatorial to them!

Will Senators Support Cardi B’s Message on Government Shutdown?

Cardi B who recently split up with her partner Offset is venting all her frustration elsewhere. The Girls Like You singer blasted the US President for the hellhole that America has become. And uploaded a video on Instagram expressing concern over the government shutdown. Apparently, this shutdown affects 800,00 workers and Trump is ordering them to go back to work without getting paid.

The Money singer even had low tolerance for those comparing this shutdown to that in Obama’s time. She added that,

Now I don’t wanna hear y’all motherfuckers talk about, ‘Oh, but Obama shut the government down for 17 days. Yeah, bitch, for health care! So your grandma could check her blood pressure and you bitches could go check y’all pussy in the gynecologist with no motherfucking problem.

Although Cardi B supported the senators, a lot of them are still confused whether they should share her message or not. Apparently, the colorful language that Leave that bitch Alone singer has used is not very senatorial. A lot many senators including Brian Schatz and Chris Murphy debated on Twitter whether they should retweet it or not. In fact, Brian asked Murphy to do it first so he could follow. The conversation between the senators turned out to be one of the funniest ones on Twitter.

Unfortunately, they decided not to retweet Cardi B because it wouldn’t look very senatorial. Sad, but well, the rapper had some great points!
