The American actor Timothée Chalamet paid a visit to The Ellen DeGeneres Show and revealed quite a lot. While talking about everything from his movie Beautiful Boy to how Law and Order gave his career a start, there is a lot out in the open now. But most importantly, he discussed how he kept his obsession with The Office hidden from his co-star Steve Carell. And while on the subject, he added that he looked up to Ellen as well. Looks like Chalamet really has a thing for the comedy series. And not to mention the appreciation he has for the great person that Carell is in real life!

Timothée Chalamet Reveals To Ellen About His Obsession with ‘The Office’

Looks like all The Office fans have some competition- Timothée Chalamet might be the biggest fan of his co-star. During his appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the 23-year old Oscar nominated actor chatted about his obsession with his Beautiful Boy’s co-star Carell’s ht comedy. When Ellen inquired how he kept it all hidden from Steve during the filming of the movie, Chalamet revealed that almost 80% of the time, he tries extremely hard to not reveal it to people if he looks up to them. Very slyly, he pointed towards Ellen herself, and added that he was trying to do the same with her too.

Timothée shared that,

Like 80% of the time when I with people I look up to, I try very hard not to reveal it.

Before this, Chalamet also praised Steve Carell for his great acting. And expressed his amazement at the fact that his costar could do comedy to the level he does, and still keep his dramatic acting to that level too. Timothée added that he was an amazing actor, a great father, and a great person. When elaborating on his comment, the actor said that he even held van doors open for people to get out. He concluded saying that well, he was just Michael Scott. And he was The Office.

Well, that’s how a lot of people might remember Steve Carell. After all, forgetting The Office is never going to be easy!
