What Character Stan Lee Played On Spiderman Into The Spiderverse.

Post the demise of the original Peter Parker, Miles Morales (Shameik Moore) seeks out a costume to wear as he takes up the mantle. There Stan Lee makes an appearance as the shopkeeper who convinces Miles that he would fit into the cheap Spiderman costume he has chosen. The mentorship of the character; however, remains shrouded with cunning salesman tactics of the shopkeeper and with a “no refunds” sign.

“In the beginning, we wanted to give him a real place in the movie and not just a moment . Something that was exciting and could honor his legacy and also be funny at the same time. Obviously it took on a whole added poignancy after his passing. But, the spirit of it remains exactly the same”.
