Why Ariana Grande Didn’t Cast the Real Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan was apparently not thrilled about their being another Cady in town. She had reportedly expressed her desire to be a part of the thank you next music video herself. Lindsay Lohan wants to reprise her role as Cady. She even told Wendy Williams during an appearance on her show that she is constantly asking Mean Girls producer Lorne Michaels to produce a sequel. She said,
“It’s becoming a bit stalker-ish. I think they’re really focused on the Broadway show right now.”
Lindsay; however, wasn’t petty about Ariana Grande choosing Elizabeth Gillies for the Thank U, Next music video. Lindsay Lohan even expressed that she loved the show Dynasty. Technically, if someone has to play your beloved character, it’s nice when it’s at least someone from a show you already like.
